Lutheran Center LLC provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and architecture
• Cybersecurity services
• Quality assurance and testing
• Technical consulting

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lutheran Center LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lutheran Center LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our services.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on our services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lutheran Center LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its services are accurate, complete, or current.

8. Links

Lutheran Center LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Lutheran Center LLC.

9. Modifications

Lutheran Center LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
